Last chance..to enjoy Pilates outside

Cant wait to teach my last classes this summer before I break for some well earned time with the family.

There are spaces in my last class – Thursday 9th August 09h00

We’ll be mixing it up with all the small equipment – roller, overball, magic circle and more so let your inner child out and come and enjoy the adult version of a jungle gym!

I’ll even serve you a juice at the end!!
