Do you feel stiff in the morning? Have problems doing up your ski boots or shoes? Trouble with balance on the ice? Or just want to be more flexible…

I can help. Pilates helps improve flexibility, balance and posture whilst strengthening your core muscles. It also benefits your mind and body through breathing and awareness.

My beginners course last for 4 weeks and will take you through all the basic exercises so that you can then join one of my group classes.

The cost is €40 for the course payable at the beginning.
